The term AppSec comprises applications of any kind. RootSys performs security reviews of modern software products including userspace application or operating system kernels and hypervisors, in order to uncover vulnerabilities before attackers exploit them in the real world. We conduct the review of an application in strong collaboration with the development team, to ensure knowledge and identified issues are exchanged between the consultants and the developers frequently.

At the end of each application review, RootSys provides a technical report including all identified vulnerabilities along with a severity rating according to industry standards.
